PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of manufacturing cost while improving designability by achieving miniaturization and thinning and attaining stable waterproof performance. SOLUTION: A second box body 102 includes an external-surface box body 201 and a cell cover 202. The cell cover 202 includes an opening 213. An external contact terminal 103 includes a contact 301 exposed to the outside from the opening 213, and is housed in a contact holder 204.
