PURPOSE: A chest material color pad and a color light weight steel frame manufacturing method are provided to make intensity of the product strong by etching(check pattern) the upper part of the metal product, and to make intensity of the week product forming in the molding process. CONSTITUTION: The chest material color pad and the color light weight steel frame manufacturing method are as follows. Forming makes material strong by putting check pattern on the product plane. After passing through the Laura of top and bottom 6 shift, equip injector to the end part and spray thinner and dry with the strong wind, and load automatically. Powder coating operates to prevent the corrosion and rusting. Drying works in 150°C~250°C for 15 minutes. |
