A displacement estimation method for recursively estimating a displacement using ultrasound signals is disclosed, wherein the displacement estimation method includes a step for scanning at least one ultrasound signal and transmitting thereof to a medium; a step for receiving the ultrasound signal which has reflected from the scanned medium; a step for calculating window size; a step for calculating the boundary of the window on the basis of the calculated window size; a step for using the calculated window to estimate displacement at each of the depths of the ultrasound signal; a step for warping the ultrasound signal on the basis of the estimated displacement; and a step for using the warped ultrasound signal so that the correlation value of the ultrasound signal increases in order to lead to convergence of the displacement estimation method.
