PURPOSE: A nano biosensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily detect a target substance and to accurately measure the concentration of the target substance. CONSTITUTION: A nano biosensor comprises: a solid substrate; a sensor film(10) which is formed on the solid substrate and has a receptor binding with the target substance; and a pair of electrodes(20a,20b) which contact both ends of the sensor film and face each other in a certain interval. The biosensor further comprise a pair or side wall members(30a,30b) which are connected to the sensor film and the electrode pair and limits a space(40) containing a solution. The electrode is a gold(Au). The electrode comprises a contact prevention film for blocking contact between the solution and electrodes. A method for manufacturing the biosensor comprises: a step of forming the sensor film in which the receptor is attached; and a step of forming the electrode pair by facing each other. |
