ELECTRON BEAM WELDING MACHINE FOR LOCAL AREA VACUUM

PURPOSE: An electronic-beam welding apparatus for keeping a local region vacuum is provided to minimize facility cost by removing the need for a large vacuum vessel by keeping only a local region vacuum. CONSTITUTION: An electronic-beam welding apparatus for keeping a local region vacuum comprises an upper chamber(10), a lower chamber(20), an operating unit(30) and an electronic-beam welder(40). Both ends of the upper chamber are open and the upper chamber is installed on the top of a base. The upper and lower chambers are respectively connected to external pumps and suck air around the welding line of the base to form a vacuum state. One end of the lower chamber is open and the lower chamber is installed under the base. The operating unit is installed on the top of the upper chamber.
