PURPOSE: An apparatus for immediately producing and supplying a fixed quantity of emulsion fuel for a boiler is provided to immediately offer the emulsion fuel with boiler without the separation of oil and water by automatically mixing and emulsifying the liquid fuel and catalytic compound before the driving of boiler. CONSTITUTION: A boiler(6) comprises a liquid fuel storage tank(1), a water catalyst mixture storing tank(2), and stirrers(10,11). The liquid fuel and water catalytic compound is around boiler by each storage tank, it is always kept the separately, because the liquid fuel storage tank and water catalytic compound storage tank is separately from each other. Accordingly, when the boiler does not start operation, the emulsification is not advanced. In an operation of boiler, the liquid fuel and water catalytic compound are automatically mixed the predetermined amount with mixing and the emulsion is generated. The water catalytic compound becomes the water and catalysts are mixed to the predetermined weight ratio. The catalyst prevents a separation of water from oil of the emulsion fuel.
