PURPOSE: A thermoelectric material cleaning device and a thermoelectric material cleaning method using the same are provided to selectively shield the inside of a guiding pipe by an operation of a guiding valve, thereby controlling the flow of cleaning liquid. CONSTITUTION: A precipitation tank(110) stores tellurium oxide and cleaning liquid. A transfer pump(120) compulsorily transfers cleaning liquid which includes tellurium oxide. A dispersion unit(130) disperses tellurium oxide which is included in the cleaning liquid. A filtering unit(140) selectively filters the dispersed tellurium oxide. A control unit(160) controls the operation of the transfer pump.
