PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a flexible light emitting device, an electronic device, and a method for manufacturing a flexible light emitting device are provided to form a conductive layer with light transparency for visible light between an adhesive layer and a transistor, thereby preventing a malfunction of the transistor due to a charged organic resin. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(111) is formed on a substrate(110). A conductive layer(130) is formed on the adhesive layer. An insulating layer(113) is formed on the conductive layer. A transistor(114) is formed on the insulating layer. An interlayer dielectric layer(128) is formed on the transistor.
