LIQUID FORMULATION FOR LONG-ACTING ERYTHROPOIETIN CONJUGATE

PURPOSE: A liquid phase formulation of a long-acting erythropoietin(EPO) conjugate is provided to improve storage stability and in vivo persistence without viral infection. CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase formulation of a long-acting erythropoietin conjugate contains: pharmacologically effective amount of long-acting erythropoietin conjugate containing erythropoietin(EPO), non-peptide polymers, and immunoglobulin Fc region; a buffer solution; and mannitol. The buffer solution is citric acid, phosphoric acid, tartaric acid, carbonic acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, or acetic acid buffer solution.
