FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: controlling transmission power of a terminal (210) and subsequent suppression of inter-cell noise is carried out by receiving load indicators (230i) from non-servicing sectors (246i), decoding the load indicators, which correspond to non-servicing sectors which operate in the same frequency bands as the terminal, and controlling transmission power according to states of the decoded load indicators together with association of signal-to-noise ratios and noise in the direct communication line of the non-servicing sector in the terminal. States of the load indicators reflect values of noise relative threshold values. Load indicators can also be transmitted by the non-servicing sector to a base station (260) servicing the terminal through transit communication (250), and said base station can schedule corrected transmission power for the terminal. ^ EFFECT: reduced inter-cell noise and controlling inter-cell power while using fractional frequencies to improve communication. ^ 60 cl, 18 dwg |
