FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture to prepare liquid dung from pig farm for fertilising agricultural lands. The liquid dung from pig farms is pre-treated with an acidating agent - phosphogypsum suspension to pH 6.5-7.5, after which a coagulant is added - Aqua-AuratTM14 lowly basic aluminium oxychloride in form of a 5-10% solution with Al2O3 dose of 3-30 mg/dm3. After settling for 20-40 minutes, the mixture is separated into a transparent liquid fraction and a residue - organic fertiliser. The obtained liquid fraction does not require additional decontamination. The residue is fed into a vortex layer device with mobile ferromagnetic particles where it undergoes complete decontamination. ^ EFFECT: simple process of reagent treatment, shorter time for separating liquid dung into fractions, low cost of reagent preparation of liquid dung for agricultural use, complete decontaminating effect of the liquid and solid phases, preservation of soil-reclamation value of the obtained fractions while cutting the settling time. ^ 3 tbl, 4 ex |
