PURPOSE: A flat rolling mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the value of a product by optical effect due to fine patterns since the fine patterns are formed using a nano-imprinting technique and an electroforming technique. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flat rolling mold is as follows. A target is pre-processed(S110). The pre-processed is nano-imprinted on a polymer sheet(S120). The surface of the nano-imprinted polymer sheet is metalized(S130). The metalized polymer sheet is plated and a primitive mold is manufactured(S140). The primitive mold is plated (S150).
