PURPOSE: A handrail pipe coupling structure for a fence is provided to reduce manpower costs by fixing horizontal pipes by riveting rather than welding. CONSTITUTION: A handrail pipe coupling structure for a fence comprises a connection fixing unit(10). The connection fixing unit comprises a body(11), through holes(11a), left and right coupling pieces(13,14), coupling holes(13a), and first and second connection parts(10A,10B). One side of the body is tightly coupled to a horizontal pipe(2). The through holes are formed on both sides of the body and inserted with bolts(B) for coupling with the horizontal pipe. The coupling pieces are bent to one side to protrude from a cut hole(12) between the through holes. The coupling holes are bored in at least one of the left and right coupling pieces. The first and second connection part are coupled to the top and bottom of a reinforcing pipe(3) and fastened with direct-coupling bolts(16) through the coupling holes.
