PURPOSE: A folder type flexibility measure system is provided to flexibly rotate a vertical plate by according to a rotary guiding member. CONSTITUTION: A folder type flexibility measure system comprises a base plate(10), a vertical plate(20) and a measuring unit(40). The base plate is settled on the floor side. The vertical plate is vertically installed on the base plate. A vertical guide part is located on the vertical plate to rotate with keeping horizontality with the base plate. The measuring unit is installed in the vertical plate and measures the length projected to the base plate. The vertical guide part comprises a floor side, a vertical guide plate(30) and a vertical plate supporting member. The floor side is fixed to the upper side of the base plate.
