<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing inspection apparatus and a printing inspection method, capable of realizing an optimum inspection form, where the improvement in production efficiency and the securing printing precision have been balanced properly. <P>SOLUTION: In a print inspection for inspecting the printed state of cream solder on a substrate after screen printing, unit shape/position data for indicating the shape and position of an element solder print section printed on an electrode for jointing electronic components, provided on the circuit-forming surface of a substrate, are put together into data groups, according to grouping conditions chosen in accordance with the inspection form, thus creating inspection data. Determination of the conformance in inspection is performed for each data group, and the determination result is displayed for each data group, thus enabling optimum inspection form, according to the characteristics of the substrate to be inspected to be selected flexibly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
