ENCAPSULATION MATERIAL FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for forming an encapsulant is provided to improve deterioration of an encapsulant by easily separating a releasing film from the encapsulant. CONSTITUTION: An insert cavity block arrangement process is to arrange an insert cavity block including a resin inlet and a molding cavity on a substrate. A resin loading space formation process is to form a resin loading space covered with a film at a side facing the insert cavity block. An encapsulant molding process is to transfer the resin from the resin loading space through the resin inlet to a molding cavity by approaching a bottom of the resin loading space to the insert cavity block. A film separation process is to separate or remove the remaining solid resin from the surface of the insert cavity block after hardening the resin.
