FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for boring of reboring. Proposed device comprises drill bit head with guides provided with drill bit radial drive. Drive input is connected via control signal transmission circuit and transducer to output of PNC system output. To said PNC system connected are part wall thickness control pickup, part rotational angle pickup, drill bit head rotational angle pickup and part play control pickup.
