PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing health is provided to enable a user to immediately cope with an emergency situation when a body state is sensed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for diagnosing health comprises: a sleep mat(110) in which a plurality of pressure sensors and temperature sensors are arrayed; a controller(120) which monitors a sleep position by being provided with pressure data from the pressure sensors and monitors the partial body temperature by being provided with temperature data from the temperature sensors; and a display device(130) outputting the result monitored by the controller. The sleep mat includes a plurality of blocks equipped with pressure sensors and temperature sensors.
