PURPOSE: A functionality polyester cotton manufacturing method is provided to manufacture silver antibiotic red clay and anion antibiotic powder by substituting silver in the red clay. CONSTITUTION: The functionality polyester cotton manufacturing method is as follows. The polyester cotton manufactures the silver antibiotic red clay powder and the anion antibiotic powder. A drying process mixes polyester resin, red clay powder, and anion powder with a fixed rate respectively, and dries and melts them. After discharging the melted red clay resin and anionic resin to outside respectively and cooling them, a grinding process shatters them with a pulverizing device. The polyester cotton mixes the polyester resin, the red clay resin and anionic resin with a fixed rate.
