PURPOSE: A drain structure of oil filter for automobile which can prevent malfunction of engine due to grease leakage is provided to facilitate the assembly of a drain core and a drain part of a oil filter housing by making lower inner diameter smaller than an upper inner diameter. CONSTITUTION: A drain structure of oil filter for automobile comprises a drain core(300), an upper O-ring(315), a lower O-ring(325), and a drain part(500). An O-ring installation unit(330) is mounted on bottom of a drain core to be extended The oil installation unit is inserted into the filter to be protruded toward the bottom part of the filter as a fixed distance. The upper O-ring and lower O-ring are inserted in an upper O-ring groove(310) and a lower O-ring groove(320) of the O-ring installation unit, respectively. The drain part is formed on the inside floor of an oil filter housing(200). The drain part adheres closely to the upper O-ring and lower O-ring.
