<p>A linear guide device of a machine tool, comprising a bearing (22) slidingly moving on a rail (21) through rolling balls (23) and a table (24) installed on the bearing (22). A heat insulation layer is formed between the rolling balls (23) in the bearing (22) and the upper surface of the bearing (22). The heat insulation layer is formed of conduits (31) and (33). The transfer of heat from the bearing (22) to the table (24) is shielded by flowing a coolant into these conduits (31) and (33) to prevent the table (24) from being thermally deformed.</p> |
