<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management device for managing production progress without deteriorating operating efficiency concerning progress management. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This production management device 2 is configured to record result information relating to the operation progress of an object for performing the production progress management of a production line constituted of a plurality of processes, and to acquire operation result data including the result information, and provided with a monitor simulation part 32 for counting the number of pieces of result information which does not satisfy predetermined conditions among result information included in the operation result data as the number of abnormalities for each process and a simulation result display control part 21 for outputting the counted number of abnormalities as a simulation result to a display part 11.
