摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision prevention apparatus which adjusts the motion control of a vehicle through input by a driver and the motion control of the vehicle by the collision prevention apparatus, and can control the vehicle while reducing the driver's discomfort with respect to the motion of the vehicle as much as possible with high collision avoiding performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The collision prevention apparatus is provided with: a driver's driving state detection means 11; an avoiding motion calculation means 12 for avoiding the collision of the vehicle with an obstacle around the vehicle based on the information of the obstacle; a vehicle behavior determination means 13 which combines the avoiding motion calculation result of the avoiding motion calculation means 12 with the input operation of the driver detected by the driving state detection means 11 to avoid the collision of the vehicle with the obstacle; and an driving support meas 14 for supporting the driving operation based on the vehicle behavior determined by the vehicle behavior determination means. The vehicle behavior determination means 13 weights the input operation of the driver and the avoiding motion calculation result on an driving map, and combines the input operation of the driver with the avoiding motion calculation result to determine the vehicle behavior for avoiding the collision of the vehicle with the obstacle.
