PURPOSE: A drowsy driving judgment and alarm system is provided to detect eyes exactly using a synchronized infrared illuminator and to give warning against drowsy driving to a driver by an alarm and a communications network. CONSTITUTION: A drowsy driving judgment and alarm system comprises: a photographing device(101) monitoring the drowsiness of a driver and comprising an illumination unit, a synchronization unit, a power supply unit, a wired communications device and a wireless communications device; portable equipment(102) which is a small PC like MID to be installable to a vehicle; and an external communications device(103) connected with the portable equipment of the vehicle to send out text messages at need.
