PURPOSE: A cross beam tilting device is provided to easily regulate the angle of a cross beam for installation of a street light or rod sign. CONSTITUTION: A cross beam tilting device comprises a connection pipe(110), an angle adjuster(120), a support member(130), and an angle adjusting bolt(140). The connection pipe is fixed to the top of a post(10) and has an internal space. The angle adjuster comprises a flange(22), a connection flange(122), a coupling groove, and a hinge groove. The flange is installed inside the connection pipe so that the leading end rotates up and down via a hinge. The hinge groove is formed by passing through the coupling groove from side to side. The support member has a nut groove on the bottom. The angle adjusting bolt is coupled to the nut groove of the support member and regulates the angle of the angle adjuster through fastening and loosening.
