PURPOSE: A probe for three-dimensional coordinate measuring device having individual ascending and descending type auxiliary lights is provided to improve the preciseness of measuring process about a fine edge by accurately adjusting a light. CONSTITUTION: A probe for three-dimensional coordinate measuring device having individual ascending and descending type auxiliary lights comprises a main screw shaft(12), a platform(13), a lens assembly(14) and a secondary illuminating member(20). The main screw shaft rotates by receiving the power from a main motor(11) which is located at the leading end of a mounting plate(10). The platform is screwed in the main screw shaft and flows according to the rotational direction of the main screw shaft. The supplementary illuminating member comprises an illumination ring, an auxiliary motor and a secondary screw shaft. LED devices are arranged in the inner surface of the illumination ring in a radial direction.
