PURPOSE: A valve structure of a shock absorber is provided to increase the variation degree of damping force by opening a rebound disk accordingly if the pressure of working fluids increases with the acceleration of a piston rod. CONSTITUTION: A valve structure of a shock absorber includes a piston rod(102) installed to make a reciprocating motion in a cylinder(100), and a piston valve(200) installed to the end of the piston rod to generate damping force. The piston valve includes a piston body(124) provided with one or more compression passages(126) and one or more rebound passages(125), a compression valve device(140) arranged on the upper part of the piston body to generate damping force against the pressure of working fluids passing through the compression passage, and a rebound valve device(150) arranged on the lower part of the piston body to generate damping force against the pressure of working fluids passing through the rebound passage.
