PURPOSE: A filling piece for a window frame is provided to maximize insulation and soundproof effects by maintaining the contact part of a filling piece body pressed against to window sashes by the elastic supporting force of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION: A filling piece for a window frame comprises a filling piece body(40), saw-tooth plates(50L,50R), and a leaf spring unit(60). The filling piece body comprises a base part(41), a contact part(42L,42R), and a supporting part(43). The base part is injection-molded out of synthetic resin in the form of a regular square plate and arranged lengthwise in the guide rail of a window frame. The contact part is formed opposite to the base part and contacts a window sash. The supporting part elastically supports the contact part while connecting both ends of the base part to both ends of the contact part. The saw-tooth plates are arranged on both sides of the center portion of the base part. The leaf spring unit is arranged between the base part and the contact part of the filling piece body and elastically supports the contact part so that the outer side of the contact part contacts the window sash. |
