PURPOSE: Yellow-based oxynitride phosphors are provided to ensure crystal stability and good luminous efficiency, and to enable use as the phosphors of illumination or display light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An oxynitride phosphor includes crystals represented by chemical formula 1: (Sr_(1-x-y)Ca_xBa_y)Si_2N_2O_2:zR. In chemical formula 1, R is a lubricant including europium as an essential component; and 0.3<X<0.4, 0.05<Y<0.15. The molar ratio(Ca:Ba) of Ca and Ba is 4:1~3:1. The R is one kind or more selected from the group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu. The crystal of the phosphor has a triclinic unit structure.
