FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma. Method lies in impact by laser ray of neodymium-YAG laser with wavelength 532 nm, energy 0.1-1.2 mJ and diameter of laser spot 400 mcm on trabecular membrane of Schlemm's canal with embracement of entire width of trabecular zone. Impacxt is performed with 50 separate non-overlapping laser pulses along 180 degree plane of trabecular zone segment. Selective photothermolysis of pigment granules in cells of trabecular membrane is carried out. For this purpose, first carried out is impact by laser ray with initial energy, at which no formation of "bubbles" is observed. Energy is gradually increased with 0.1 mJ step to threshold value of energy, at which no formation of "bubbles" is still observed. Energy of procedure performance is selected with 0.1 mJ step and laser impact is performed with value of initial energy of laser ray impact 0.3 mJ. In order to obtain energy of procedure performance magnitude of threshold energy value is increased to the moment of beginning of Bubble formation and appearance of effect of "hitting out, shaking up" pigment granules from trabecular membrane cells. ^ EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to improve outflow of intraocular fluid and reduce ophthalmotone, maximally clean trabecular membrane and enhance hypotensive effect of operation. ^ 1 ex |
