The strip (3) has a core (19) made of foam material i.e. lightweight polyurethane foam, and an outer part (20) surrounding the core, where the strip is formed as a plastic profile. The outer part exhibits high hardness with respect to the core. The outer part is made of polyurethane mixture of hard-PVC. The core and the outer part exhibit preset heat conductivity. An insulating element (22) projects into a folding chamber (10) between facade elements (2a, 2b) i.e. glass panes. The insulating element is connected with the core. |
