PURPOSE: A device for providing a negative voltage is provided to easily operate through a simple circuit by insulating an NMOS and a PMOS switching device in a CMOS process. CONSTITUTION: In a device for providing a negative voltage, a first switching unit(101) is successively connected between a power supply voltage and the ground. A third switching unit(111) is connected to the first switching, a first node connected to a first charge unit, and the ground. A fourth switching unit(113) is connected to the first charge unit, a second node, and an output terminal. A second charge unit(115) is connected to the output unit and the ground. A gate driving unit(120) supplies a negative voltage to the output terminal.
