<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house capable of enhancing consumption reduction efficiency of existing energy by using natural energy, and capable of effectively using the energy. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid W1 is circulated in an underground circulation passage 4 using an inside and an outside of an inner pipe 3a of a footing pipe 3 of a double pipe construction as a passage, underground heat is recovered with the usage of a heat pump 5 for underground heat, domestic waste water W2 is circulated to a waste water circulation passage 11 connected to a waste water storage tank 10, waste water heat is recovered with the usage of a heat pump 12 for waste water heat, the fluid is circulated to a heat collective circulation passage 14 connected to a solar heat collecting panel 13, the solar heat is recovered, and the recovered heat is used for temperature adjustment by a body side heat exchanger 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
