PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input device, with which the picked-up image of a little distortion can be provided. SOLUTION: This image input device is provided with an image pickup means for generating a partial picked-up image by picking up the image of a partial area in an image pickup object so as to include a reference mark, a moving means for relatively moving the image pickup means and the image pickup object so that an image pickup area in image pickup can be changed, and a synthetic means for performing processing for compositing the picked-up image of an entire area in the image pickup object from a plurality of partial picked-up images provided by image pickup changing the image pickup area on the basis of the reference mark. |
