A COPPER ALLOY FOR DIE-CASTING

摘要

PURPOSE: Copper alloy for die casting is provided to ensure high strength and low melting point of copper ally since the content of Mn increases, a small amount of Cr is added and harmful Ni and P are not added. CONSTITUTION: Copper alloy for die casting consists of 65.0~67.0wt.% of Cu, 7.0~8.5wt.% of Mn, 4.0~9.0wt.% of Al, 2.5~3.5wt.% of Fe, 0.1~0.2wt.% of Cr, below 0~0.05wt.% of Sn, Zn, and inevitable impurities.
