PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner carrier device having cooling and heating functions is provided to offer agreeable work environment by supplying cold air toward the back of a user who is wearing a carrier unit. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner carrier device having cooling and heating functions comprises a carrier unit, a holding unit, and a cooling unit. The carrier unit comprises a backboard part(11) formed with a shoulder strap(111) and a supporting part(12) in which a vacuum cleaner body(1) is placed. The holding unit fixes the vacuum cleaner body on the carrier unit. The cooling unit, which comprises a cold air supply hole, a cold air fan(32), a drive motor(33), and a sub backboard part(34), supplies cold air toward the back of a user who is wearing the carrier unit.
