<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray material capable of reducing a rebound factor. <P>SOLUTION: The spray material contains a cement composition prepared by previously containing cement, a quick setting admixture and calcium carbonate and a liquid quick setting admixture prepared by containing aluminum, sulfur and an alkali metal. The quick setting admixture comprises aluminum sulfate anhydride. The Blaine specific surface area of calcium carbonate is ≥5,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g. The liquid quick setting admixture further contains fluorine. In the spray constructing method, the cement composition prepared by previously containing the cement, the quick setting admixture and calcium carbonate and the liquid quick setting admixture prepared by containing aluminum, sulfur and the alkali metal are mixed right before the spraying.
