PURPOSE: An optical mat film is provided to prevent generation of scratches from a contact with other materials etc. by using high surface hardness of the optical mat film. CONSTITUTION: A first layer is comprised of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin composition including a polycarbonate resin. A second layer is comprised of a thermoplastic acryl resin composition including an acryl resin. The second layer is laminated on one side of the first layer. An optical mat film(8) in which one surface of the second layer is a mat side. A thickness of the whole film is 30 ~ 300 μm. A thickness of the first layer is 30 percent or greater with respect to the whole film thickness. A thickness of the second layer is 8 μm or greater. A retardation value of the incident light at 590 nm wavelength on the film is 30 nm or less.
