PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aqueous silk antibacterial wallpaper binder composition with antifungal and antibacterial effects is provided to prevent organic compound release and to ensure stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aqueous silk antibacterial wallpaper binder composition with antibacterial and antifungal effects comprises: a step of mixing 20-25 weight% of pine needle extract, 5-10 weight% of sericite, and 20-25 weight% of natural zeolite particles, mixing at 30-45°C, and maturing for 24-48 hours; a step of adding 2-5 weight% of anionic release inorganic particles, maturing for 5-24 hours, and removing precipitate; a step of adding 5 weight% of ethanol and maturing for 3-5 hours; a step of adding 1-2 weight% of antibacterial agent and 5-7 weight% of conditioning/antibacterial agent and maturing for 4-5 hours; a step of adding 2-10 weight% of starch and remaining amount of water and stirring for 30 minutes to 3 hours; and a step of maturing at 10-30°C for 12-24 hours. |
