PURPOSE: A mobile terminal, icon material management system, and icon material management method are provided to generate a decoration mail by synthetic material and to manage material through the network. CONSTITUTION: A photographing unit(110) photographs an image. An image acquisition unit(111) acquires image data by driving the photographing unit. A decoration data generation unit generates decoration data. Decoration data includes pixel data. A character input unit inputs character by external operation. A character information determining unit determines character information corresponding to the decoration data.
