PURPOSE: An organic device with a doped organic semiconductor is provided to drastically increase charge mobility, thereby increasing the efficiency of organic devices. CONSTITUTION: An indium tin oxide is coated on a glass substrate to form a lower electrode(110). A hole transporting layer(120) is coated on the lower electrode. The hole transporting layer is made of a PEDOT:PSS polymer. Ethylbenzenesulfonic acid is doped in the hole transporting layer after a mixed polymer solution of P3HT and PCBM is coated on the hole transporting layer so that a doped organic activation layer is formed. Aluminium is thermally deposited on the doped organic activation layer to form an upper electrode(140).
