METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUBSTRATE AND DSIPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A substrate of a display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the planarity of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a substrate of a display device comprises steps of: forming a bonding layer on a first surface of a plastic substrate; forming a pre-planarization layer on a second surface of the plastic substrate which faces the first surface; bonding the plastic substrate to a carrier substrate; forming a planarization layer through a hardening process; and separating the carrier substrate from the plastic substrate.
