PURPOSE: A hygienic wood cutting board is provided to prevent the uneven abrasion of a top surface on which food to be cut is placed. CONSTITUTION: A hygienic wood cutting board comprises a cutting board body(110) and a reinforced layer(120). The cutting board body has a high hardness part(105) and a recessed low hardness part(115) which are alternated in a growth ring shape. The reinforced layer covers the cutting board body by being filled in the low hardness parts while exposing the high hardness parts. The thickness of the reinforced layer is greater than the maximum depth of the low hardness parts. |
