PROCEDURE FOR FABRICATION OF ROLLING ELEMENT AND ROLLING ELEMENT

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: rolling element consists of rolling body (1) with working surface of rolling (2) contacting bearing surfaces of raceways, of at least one gear (7) installed coaxially with body (1) and engaging teeth arranged equidistantly to raceways. Also, gear (7) is fixed from slipping relative to the rolling body (1). Rolling body (1) and gear (7) are mounted on common cylinder axis (10) positioned in through orifices of rolling body (1) and gear (7). Gear (7) is fixed relative to rolling body (1) by means of at least one lug along generatrix of cylinder surface of axis (10) entering a response lengthwise slot in through orifices of rolling body (1) and gear (7). Here is also disclosed the procedure for fabrication of the above described rolling body. The procedure consists in fabrication of rolling body (1) and gear (7) as separate elements each with through central orifice where into there is inserted axis (10). Gear (7) is set on the end side of the rolling body (1). Gear (7) slipping relative to rolling body (1) is prevented by means of at least one lug or slot positioned on internal surface of through orifices, while external surface of axis (10) has at least one response slot or lug interacting with the lug or slot of orifices. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability of operation and resource of bearing under maximal possible speed and load modes. ^ 9 cl, 7 dwg
