PURPOSE: A producing method of a titanium dioxide photo catalyst filter, the titanium dioxide photo catalyst filter, and an improvement method of the conductivity of a macromolecular solution are provided to increase the content of titanium dioxide in the catalyst filter. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a titanium dioxide photo catalyst filter comprises the following steps: preprocessing a polymer precursor by irradiating radial rays; mixing the preprocessed polymer precursor with a titanium dioxide precursor and a solvent; electro-spinning the obtained polymer solution to obtain a photo catalyst fiber; and photo-activating the photo catalyst fiber by irradiating the radial rays.
