PURPOSE: An umbrella with a portable washing tool is provided to improve user's convenience by being loaded on the umbrella. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella with a portable washing tool comprises: a main body which is formed in an umbrella handle shape; a helical insertion member located in the upper end of exterior wall of the inner circumference of the main body; a lid inserting member(8) which is protruded the lower end of the exterior wall of the inner circumference of the main body; a circular lid(7) inserted into the lower end of the main body; a toothbrush inserting member(1) located in the center of the main body; a dentifrice inserting member(2) located in the rear of the toothbrush inserting member; and a toothbrush(6) which is inserted into the toothbrush inserting member and dentifrice inserting member.
