PURPOSE: A health band for disk treatment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to alleviate pain of backbone by releasing the pressed disk. CONSTITUTION: A health band for disk treatment comprises: four urethane sheets(S1,S2,S3,S4) which are laminated between a liner(10) and an outer cover(20); an air pathway(35) which is formed between a second urethane sheet and a third urethane sheet and in which a junction line is formed by high frequency welding; an elastic band(40) in which wrinkles are formed by retraction; and a girth junction line(37) which is formed by high frequency welding.
