<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently perform information processing concerned in a radio tag target at the time of disposal, recovery or the like of the radio tag target. <P>SOLUTION: The radio tag information communication system comprises: a reader/writer 101 for accessing radio tag information stored in an IC circuit part 150 in a radio tag circuit element To to be handled in relation to a target W; a database DB for storing target information corresponding to the target W; and an information server 7 for reading out or writing the target information stored in the database DB.
