<p>A system for monitoring and classifying activities uses data derived from a sensor, which is perturbed by the performance of an activity, to generate a distribution of states within a self organising map (SOM). This distribution of states can be compared with a reference distribution of states, allowing the activity to be compared to the activity that was used in the generation of the reference distribution of states.</p> |
