PURPOSE: A construction method of a cylindrical water tank including a bottom plate reinforcement structure is provided to naturally discharge hydrochloric acid gas generated from water inside the water tank using a discharging screw. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a cylindrical water tank including a bottom plate reinforcement structure comprises the following steps: pumping concrete, and curing to obtain a base slab(10); installing plural reinforcing belt pieces on the base slab in a pre-fixed pattern; welding an upper dividing plate and a lower dividing plate; welding the edge of a bottom plate with the edge of the dividing plates; and welding the upper end of a body wall.
